Shipping policy

Shipping is a $19.99 flat rate on all orders shipped within the US (excluding HI and AK), whether you order one bottle or eleven.

Free shipping on orders of 6+ bottles (a half case).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders ship from our winery in Maryland within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

SOMEONE 21+ MUST BE HOME TO SIGN
By law, every wine delivery requires the signature of an adult 21 or older. The carrier cannot leave your wine at the door, with a neighbor, or in a mailbox, and they will not hand it over to anyone under 21.

The carrier will typically attempt delivery up to three times. Please ship to an address where someone 21 or older will be available during the day. Many customers have their wine sent to a workplace, or use UPS My Choice (free) to reschedule delivery or redirect the package to a UPS Access Point for pickup.

WHAT IF NOBODY IS AVAILABLE TO SIGN?
If all delivery attempts are missed, the carrier returns the package to us. Returned shipments cost us the full round trip, so reshipping a returned order requires a new shipping charge. We will always reach out first to confirm the best address and timing before sending it back out. If you would rather not reship, we will refund the wine, minus the original shipping cost.

We ship to most US states through Vinoshipper. Due to state wine shipping regulations, availability varies by state. Enter your address at checkout to confirm we can reach you.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
Every order ships insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, reach out and we will make it right with a replacement at no cost to you. This covers carrier problems on our end. It does not cover packages returned because no adult 21 or older was available to sign. See our refund policy for details.
